Whole chicken with lemon and rosemary
Free-range chicken with lemon, garlic, butter and rosemary.

Cut the lemon into pieces and peel the garlic.

Remove the elastic from the legs of the chicken and pat the chicken dry.

Put the lemon and garlic in the slow cooker and place the chicken with the breast on top. Melt the butter and brush the chicken with it.

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and lay the rosemary on it.

Put the lid on the slow cooker pan and leave to cook for about 4 hours at the high setting.

Preheat the grill position of the oven. Remove the fireproof pan from the slow cooker and place in the middle of the oven.

Grill the chicken without a lid in approx. 10 minutes until golden brown.
