Scrape the sprouts with the food processor into wafer-thin slices.

Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok. Add the sprouts and vegas strips and stir fry 8 minutes on medium heat.

Meanwhile, chop the walnuts coarsely. Slice the apricots and fry them for 1 min. With the sprouting mixture.

Drain the pasta. Stir in the cream cheese and the sprouts mixture through the pasta. Sprinkle with the walnuts.
