Wholemeal bread with farmers omelette
Fresh sandwich with an omelet of eggs, grated cheese, soup vegetables and chives.

Break the eggs over a large bowl, add the water and beat. Add pepper and possibly salt.

Heat 2 frying pans and spread the butter over it. Divide the soup vegetables over both pans and cook for 4 minutes on medium heat.

Season with pepper and salt.

Spread the vegetables evenly in both pans and spread the beaten eggs over them.

Bake the omelets covered with a lid or aluminum foil for 5 minutes on low heat. Make sure that the omelets color as little as possible.

Turn the omelets over, spread the cheese over it and cover covered for another 2 minutes. Meanwhile divide the slices of bread over the plates.

Halve the omelets and put an ½ omelette on each plate. Cut the chives into pieces and sprinkle over the omelette.
