Wholemeal bread with farmers omelette


Fresh sandwich with an omelet of eggs, grated cheese, soup vegetables and chives.

Directions

  1. Break the eggs over a large bowl, add the water and beat. Add pepper and possibly salt.
  2. Heat 2 frying pans and spread the butter over it. Divide the soup vegetables over both pans and cook for 4 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Spread the vegetables evenly in both pans and spread the beaten eggs over them.
  5. Bake the omelets covered with a lid or aluminum foil for 5 minutes on low heat. Make sure that the omelets color as little as possible.
  6. Turn the omelets over, spread the cheese over it and cover covered for another 2 minutes. Meanwhile divide the slices of bread over the plates.
  7. Halve the omelets and put an ½ omelette on each plate. Cut the chives into pieces and sprinkle over the omelette.
