Halve the to. Halve the slices of ham in the length. Fold the slices of ham loosely double and place the slices of brie between them.

Cut the bread into 6 thick slices and brush them with dairy spread. Put 2 slices of bread on a shelf and spread rucola over it. Place 2 pieces of ham with brie on each slice and divide 3 half to each slice.

Place a slice of bread with the dairy spread on top of each of these sandwiches. Distribute again rucola with 2 stack of ham with brie and 3 half cherryto.

Put the last slices of bread on the dairy side down. Press slightly and cut the sandwiches in half. Stick the sandwiches with a tapas stick.
