Winter carrot with ginger
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: winter carrot (in pieces), olive oil (with chili pepper), baking ginger (finely chopped) and ground coriander (ketoembar).

Boil the pieces of carrot in water with salt in approx. 12 min. Until done. Pour the vegetables well.

Stamp the winter carrot into a very coarse puree with the puree masher. Mix the oil, the finely chopped ginger and the ketoembar, salt and pepper to taste through the puree. Nice with pork and meatballs.
