Winter fruit pancakes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: apple, pear, lemon juice, mandarins, oil, orange marmalade, cinnamon, orange juice, ready-to-use pancakes and powdered sugar to sprinkle.

Peel apple and pear and cut into 4 parts.

Remove clock houses.

Cut apple slices into 3 slices, halve pear parts in length.

Sprinkle apple and pear with lemon juice.

Tear and slice mandarins into segments.

Drain oil over pan bottom.

Apple, pear and mandarin stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Add marmalade, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Orange juice in wokkenschenkenken, shovel fruit and heat on low heat for about 2 minutes.

In the meantime, heat up pancakes according to instructions and put them on hot plates.

Fry the fruit with the sauce on the bottom half, fold the top over the filling.

Sprinkle pancake thinly with icing sugar and serve warm..
