Wok cubes with vegetables in peanut sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: white rice (bag 1 kg), oil (sunflower), wok cubes (oriental (175 g)), garlic (finely chopped), leeks (in oblique rings), pointed cabbage (approx. ), coarsely cut), saté sauce (fry 500 g), winter carrot ((250 g) and in half slices).

Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package. Catch the rice boiling water. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a stirring stir fry in the wok cubes 2-3 min. Add the garlic for the last minute. Scoop out the woks keep warm under a lid.

Heat the rest of the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the leeks and cabbage for 4 minutes until the pointed cabbage is shrinking. Add the satay sauce and 250 ml of rice boiling water. Bring to the boil while stirring. Add the winter carrot, cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the wok cubes and warm for 1 more minute.
