Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Peel the garlic and chop. Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips.

Heat in a frying pan 1/2 oil and fry the satéballs for about 5 minutes. Heat in a stirring rest of the oil. Stir-fry the leeks for about 5 minutes, fry the garlic for the last minute.

Put the tomato strips, satéballs, ketjapmarinadeen sambal through them. Heat the dish through and through. Season with salt.

Divide the couscous over plates and spoon the stir-fry tray on it.
