Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a large stir-fry stir-fry, stir-fry the vegetables on a high heat for 4-5 minutes.

Remove the vegetables from the wok, heat the oil and stir-fry the meat over high heat for 1 min., Add the wok sauce and heat for 2 min.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seed in 3 min. Until golden brown.

Cut the coriander coarsely. Divide the rice over the plates and scoop the vegetables and the meat with the sauce on the rice. Garnish with the coriander.
