Peel the carrots and grate them (in a food processor). Cut cress and mix with carrot grater and salt and pepper to taste. Wraps thick with houmous spread and place root mixture in strips in the middle of wraps. Folding sides over filling and firmly wrapping wraps. Fold the wraps diagonally in half.
