Directions

  1. Wash and dry the tomatoes and cut into quarters. Remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes.
  2. Mix the tomatoes with the garlic, spring onions, coriander and sour cream and season with salt and chili powder.
  3. Heat the tortillas in the oven or frying pan and top them with a leaf of lettuce.
  4. Divide the tomato cream and shrimp over it and add some pepper. Fold or roll or lay them flat on a plate. Serve immediately.
