Wraprolletjes with Dutch shrimps
Cut the peppers into very small cubes. Cut the chives finely. Cut the carambola into wafer-thin slices.
In a bowl, mix Dutch prawns with cottage cheese, peppers, chives, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them.
Spread the tortillas and put a bar of lettuce leaves on it. Put a bar of the shrimp mixture on it.
Roll up the tortillas firmly and wrap each roll tightly in plastic foil. Keep the rolls in the refrigerator until use.
Cut the rolls into pieces of 3 cm just before serving. Put a slice of carambola on each roll and stick with a cocktail stick.
