Wraps with bean salad
Wraps with vegetarian bean salad of green beans, avocado, spring onions and cherry tomatoes.
Boil the eggs hard in about 7 minutes. Cook the green beans in approx. 7 minutes until al dente. Clean the avocados and cut into pieces. Clean the spring onions, cut into rings she was. Clean the tomatoes and halve them.
Mix the beans, avocado, half of the spring onions and the tomatoes with the dressing. Season with pepper and salt. Peel the eggs and cut into pieces. Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package.
