Wraps with cucumber and salmon
Wild salmon, cucumber, potato wedges with a fresh dressing omrold with a tortilla.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potato wedges in 10 min. Until golden brown and done. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, mix the crème fraîche with the horseradish, parsley and water into a sauce.

Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seed lists with a teaspoon. Cut the flesh into bows of ½ inch wide.

In the meantime, prepare the wraps according to the instructions on the packaging. Let the salmon drain.

Spoon the potato wedges with the cucumber and spread over the wraps. Divide the salmon into pieces and add some sauce. Roll up the wraps.
