Wraps with grilled steak


Wraps with steak, Mexican stir-fried vegetables, crème fraiche, avocado and butter lettuce.

Directions

  1. Mix half of the spice mix from the package with the oil and cover the steak around it.
  2. Heat the rest of the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the stir-fry vegetables with the rest of the spice mix for 6 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, heat the grill pan over high heat and fry the steak for 4 minutes. Turn halfway. Take out of the pan. Let rest under aluminum foil.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the tomato sauce mixture from the package with the crème fraîche and yoghurt mayonnaise.
  5. Cut the steak into slices.
  6. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut the flesh into cubes.
  7. Meanwhile, heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package. Divide the sauce and then the lettuce, vegetables, avocado and steak.
