Melt the chocolate with the cocoa powder, the whipped cream and the pouring syrup or honey au bain-marie and stir well.

Allow the chocolate to cool slightly and stir in 300 ml of yogurt.

In a different bowl, mix 300 ml of yoghurt with the vanilla flavor and the caster sugar.

Scoop 2 tablespoons of this mixture into the molds. Place a layer of blackberries, fill with the chocolate yoghurt and freeze.
