Wet a clean (tea) cloth and wring well. Place the cloth in a fine sieve and place it on top of a bowl. Pour in the yogurt and cover with a plate or lid. Drain at least 6 hours in the refrigerator.

Put the pieces of fruit and lemon zest in a bowl and pour the hot tea on them. Let alone until the tea has cooled down and the fruit has softened. Drain and drain.

Scrape the vanilla juice from the stick and mix with the icing sugar.
