A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: orange, seedless white grapes, whipped cream (125 ml), vanilla sugar, granulated sugar and orange liqueur (liqueur).

Directions

  1. Orange well-clean, zest zest. Grab the grapes, wash them and dab dry with kitchen paper. Distribute grapes over four dishes.
  2. Preheat the oven grill. Whipped cream with orange zest, vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Create whipped cream on grapes. Sprinkle the rest of the sugar over the whipped cream. Grill gratin right under grill in approx. 3 minutes. Place dishes on the table. Heat the orange liqueur in a small pan. Light the orange liqueur at the table and pour it over gratinated grapes (flambé).
