Vegan dessert for Christmas from ice of banana and blackberries with coconut and edible flowers.

Peel the ripe bananas, cut them into slices of 1 cm and put the slices in a freezer bag. Place in the freezer for at least 5 hours or until frozen.

Put the frozen bananas and blackberries in the food processor. Add the vanilla extract and the coconut yoghurt and mix to a smooth mass with the texture of soft ice cream.

Spoon into a low mold and put back in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Stir in the ice once every hour.

Remove the ice from the freezer and spoon a nice loaf of bread into a deep plate or a bowl with a spoon or ice scoop.

Sprinkle with a few violets. Serve immediately.
