Yogurt cake with blue berries
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease the cake mold. Cut the bananas into slices and puree them with lemon juice in the food processor.
Add yogurt, almond flour, self-raising flour and a pinch of salt and mix everything into a smooth batter.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the hand mixer to a pale creamy and slightly frothy mixture. Fold the batter through and mix everything into a smooth mixture. Put the batter in the cake tin and smooth the top. Divide the blue berries over it.
Slide the cake tin into a rack under the center of the oven and cook until golden brown and done in 60-75 minutes. Allow the cake to cool for 5 minutes in the mold. Carefully take the cake out of the mold and let it cool down on a rack.
