Remove the crowns from the strawberries (keep a few aside for garnishing) and halve the fruit.

Put them in a blender or use a stick mixer with a high beaker. Add the milk, yogurt, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and 6 mint leaves and mix in a gentle foam until 2-3 minutes.

Pour in glasses, garnish with a leaf of mint, some extra strawberries and serve with a straw.
