Prepare the cream cheese well with the old cheese and spoon 10 equal portions with a spoon. Leave to stiffen in the refrigerator.

Roll the portions by hand into oval balls and roll them through the nougatine (baking products).

Insert 2 currents into the balls as eyes and pretzels as ears. Cut each dropveter into 5 pieces and make the mouse with a piece of drop lace as tail. Put the cheese mice in the refrigerator until use.
