Yogurt with pomegranate seeds


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sesame seeds, hand pear, Greek yoghurt 0% (500 ml), pomegranate seeds (120 g) and liquid honey.

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seeds for 2 minutes.
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. Cut the unpeeled pear into quarters.
  4. Remove the core and cut the quarters into pieces.
  5. Mix with the yogurt and spread over 4 glasses.
  6. Spoon the pomegranate seeds on it.
  7. Sprinkle each glass with the honey.
  8. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds..
