Yogurt with pomegranate seeds
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sesame seeds, hand pear, Greek yoghurt 0% (500 ml), pomegranate seeds (120 g) and liquid honey.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seeds for 2 minutes.

Allow to cool.

Cut the unpeeled pear into quarters.

Remove the core and cut the quarters into pieces.

Mix with the yogurt and spread over 4 glasses.

Spoon the pomegranate seeds on it.

Sprinkle each glass with the honey.

Sprinkle with the sesame seeds..
