Yummy with chicory and mandarin


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (solid, peeled), olive oil, jams (pack 3 pieces, frozen), chicory, mandarins, red onion (in thin rings), half full salad dressing (bottle 500 ml) and dried dill.

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes into pieces and cook them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the gingerbread in 8 min. Until cooked and brown. Times regularly.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the bottom of the chicory and halve the stalk lengthwise. Remove the hard core and cut the stumps into strips. Peel 3 mandarins and separate the parts. Squeeze out the last mandarin. Mix the chicory with the onion and the mandarin parts.
  3. Beat a dressing of salad dressing, dill and 2 tbsp mandarin juice. Season with salt and pepper and scoop through the salad. Pour the potatoes and divide with 4 tables on the food jars. Sprinkle the rest of the mandarin juice over the delicious jelly beans. Serve with chicory salad.
