Zucchini Gratin

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Boil in water with salt in 5 minutes until al dente. Drain and let cool.

Fry the minced meat, the garlic and half of the herbs for 4 minutes in a non-stick pan with no oil or butter. Season with salt and pepper. Scoop the mixture into the baking dish. Divide the potato and zucchini slices over and over and cut over the minced meat.

Beat the eggs with the whipped cream and pepper and salt to taste. Pour over the potato and zucchini. Crumble the cheese and sprinkle with the rest of the herbs. Bake the gratin in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown and done.
