Zucchini ratatouille

Add the tomatoes and stir everything.

Cook the vegetables for 20 minutes on low heat without lid.

Stir occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Fry the chicken schnitzels with the rest of the olive oil in 6 min.
