Directions

  1. Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini for 2 min.
  2. Add the tomatoes and stir everything.
  3. Cook the vegetables for 20 minutes on low heat without lid.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  6. Fry the chicken schnitzels with the rest of the olive oil in 6 min.
  7. Brown.
  8. Times regularly.
  9. Season the zucchini with salt and pepper and sprinkle the basil leaves over the dish.
  10. Serve the pasta with the zucchini and the chicken schnitzels..
