Zucchini ribbons with oriental crab salad

Mix the crab salad with half of the spring onion, fish sauce, sambal and herbs.

Sauté the zucchini into 8 very thin slices.

Spoon some crab salad on one side of each slice and roll up. Put the rolls upright on a scale and stick with a stick. Garnish with the remaining spring onion.
