Zucchini salad with fruits de mer
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, zucchini, flat parsley (a 20 g), lemon (cleaned), garlic (pressed), extra virgin olive oil, fruits de mer (fish, a 150 g and chilled).

Cut the zucchini in thin slices with a peeler or cheese slicer.

Slice the leaves of the parsley. Cut the lemon in half lengthwise. Grate the yellow skin of 1 half and press out half. Make a dressing of the parsley, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice, the garlic and the oil.

Cut the other half of the lemon into very thin slices. Rinse the fruits off the mer under cold running water and drain. Scoop through the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Mix the slices of zucchini and the slices of lemon through them. Divide the salad into 4 plates.
