Zucchini stuffed with summer stew

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise and hollow them completely with a tablespoon.

Cut the spring onion into rings. Mix the mashed potatoes with the spring onion and ham cubes. Divide the mixture over the four half courgettes.

Peel the garlic. Grind the slices of bread in the food processor with the olive oil and the peeled garlic cloves. Spread this mixture over the zucchini and sprinkle it with pepper and salt if necessary.

Grease the oven dish with the rest of the olive oil and place the stuffed courgettes in it. Place the courgettes in the oven for 20 minutes.
