African braai sausage
A nice South African recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, sunflower oil, onion (chopped), ground chili (pot 32 g), garlic (chopped), red wine vinegar, sweet soy sauce, ketchup, pearl onions, fresh parsley (finely chopped) and African braai sausages (scale approx. 330 g).

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion over medium heat in 5 min. Light brown. Add the chili and the garlic and cook for another 1 min. Add the vinegar and the kohlina marinade and simmer for 5 minutes.

Allow the mixture to cool down and mix in the ketchup. Cut the silver onions small and stir them together with the parsley through the sauce. 3 Grill the sausages on the braai for 10 minutes. Serve with the braai sauce.
