Skewer with tofu and coriander pesto
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: tofu naturel ((325 g) drained), fresh ginger, oil, soy sauce, fresh coriander (15 g) and pine nuts (roasted).

Cut a block of tofu naturel (325 g, drained) into 20 cubes.

Press 2 cm of fresh ginger into the garlic press and stir with 2 tbsp oil and 4 tbsp of soy sauce and pepper.

Marinate the tofu for at least one hour.

Thread the tofu on 4 skewers and roast them in 8 minutes brown.

Mix 6 tbsp oil with the leaves of 1 bowl of cilantro (15 g) and 2 tbsp roasted pine nuts into a coarse paste.

Serve the skewers with the coriander pesto..
