African fish pie
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cod (in pieces of 2 cm), ground cumin (djinten), ginger powder (djahé), olive oil, onion (chopped), red pepper (finely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), spring onion ( 3 pieces), in rings), fresh coriander ((15 g), coarsely chopped), almond shavings ((55 g), toasted) and filo pastry (pack of 10 slices).

Ingredients
- 600 g codfish in pieces of 2 cm
- 1 tl ground cumin (djinten)
- 1 tl ginger powder (djahé)
- 4 el olive oil
- 1 onion shredded
- 1 Red pepper finely chopped
- 2 toes garlic finely chopped
- 1 bag bunch onion (3 pieces), in rings
- 1 tray fresh coriander (15 g), coarsely chopped
- 1 tray almond shavings (55 g), roasted
- 8 slices filo pastry pack of 10 slices

Dab the cod dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with the cumin, ginger powder and pepper and salt to taste. Let the herbs draw in the fish.
