Directions

  1. Beat the egg whites stiffly and beat the eggs well with salt and pepper and the milk. Spoon the egg whites gently through the eggs.
  2. Heat the baking product in a large frying pan with non-stick coating and pour in the egg mixture. Place a lid on the pan and let the omelette slowly harden on low setting.
  3. When the top of the omelette begins to dry, spread the herb cheese over it and fold the omelette double. Cut it in four and serve immediately. Delicious with a tomato salad.
