Ingredients
Directions
-
Stir in the flour, baking powder and a knife pit of salt. Knead the butter and sugar by hand or with a food processor. Beat the eggs with the honey and knead through the dough mixture. Form the dough into a ball and place it wrapped in cling film for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
-
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Take a quarter of the dough. Spray the worktop with flour. Roll out the dough with the rolling pin to a 1/2 cm thick slice. With the letter shapes, or with a knife, cut out the word you want to form. Carefully place the letters on a griddle covered with parchment paper. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
-
Bake the cookies in the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done. Let the letters cool down on a grid so that they become firm. You can make the letter cookies 1 day in advance. Store in an airtight drum.
