Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 C.
  2. Mix the mince with breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Form 4 hamburgers.
  4. Mix the ingredients of the coleslaw and put them cool.
  5. Heat the margarine or oil and fry the burgers in 10 minutes around brown and cooked.
  6. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm in the oven.
  7. Put the sandwiches in the oven for a while.
  8. Fry the onion rings in the shortening.
  9. Cut the buns open.
  10. Spread them with mayonnaise or ketchup, divide the slice leaves over it.
  11. Place the burgers with the onion rings and slices of tomato on top.
  12. Serve the coleslaw.
