Ingredients
- 400 gram minced beef
- 3 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 onion finely shredded
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoon liquid margarine
- 4 hamburger bun
- 2 onion in rings
- 1 liter Remia Fritessaus
- Crop iceberg lettuce in strips
- 2 tomato in thin slices
- 300 gram white coal
- 100 gram root deleted, in strips
- 1 onion in strips
- Salt and freshly ground pepper celery
- 200 milliliters yogurt Melkan

Preheat the oven to 160 C.

Mix the mince with breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Form 4 hamburgers.

Heat the margarine or oil and fry the burgers in 10 minutes around brown and cooked.

Put the sandwiches in the oven for a while.

Fry the onion rings in the shortening.

Cut the buns open.

Spread them with mayonnaise or ketchup, divide the slice leaves over it.

Place the burgers with the onion rings and slices of tomato on top.
