Anchovies garlic dip with raw vegetables
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, red pepper, celery, carrots (4 to 6), garlic, anchovy fillets (a 48 g), extra virgin olive oil and butter.

Sweet pepper, cut into quarters and clean. Divide each into 8 rectangular pieces. Wash celery, halve in length and cut into strips. Cleaning pats, washing and cutting into thin strips. Garlic peel and finely chop. Anchovy fillets drain and finely cut.

Heat oil on low heat in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add garlic and briefly heat, do not color. Adding an anchovy and heating on a very low heat for approx. 5 minutes with a fork and let it melt (do not let the oil bubble). Stir in the butter and let it melt. Serving anchovies on a hot plate. Serve with vegetables and possibly cubes of (warm) ciabatta.
