Halve the grapefruit. Squeeze out 1 half and cut the other half into slices.

Divide the ice cubes over the glasses and pour 1 tbsp grapefruit juice into each glass. Then divide the Aperol, prosecco and the carbonated water.

Divide the grapefruit slices over the glasses. Serve immediately.
