Mix the mince with the egg, breadcrumbs, raisins, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Form 4 burgers of the minced meat mixture.

Drill the cores from the apples, peel the apples and cut into rings of 1 cm thick.

Prepare the cabbages and potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Heat half of the butter and half of the oil and fry the burgers golden brown in 2-3 minutes per side.

Add the apple juice and continue for 3-4 minutes.

Meanwhile, bake the apple rings in the rest of the butter and the oil for about 2 minutes per side.

Serve the burgers with the gravy and the apple rings in the red cabbage and the potatoes.
