Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the apple cubes with the lemon juice until they are softer and light brown. Remove from the pan and allow to cool.

Stir in the cream cheese with the mustard and honey and scoop in a plastic (freezer) bag. Push the cream cheese to the tip of the bag and cut off the tip.

Spray a tuft of cream cheese on top and add another crust.

Sprinkle the amuse with the thyme and serve immediately.
