With the apple drill, put the clock houses out of the apples. Peel the apples and cut them into slices.

Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and rosemary. Add the buttermilk in portions as fast as you can. Then beat the eggs through the batter.

Heat a knob of butter in a frying pan. Take the apple rings through this batter and put them in the pan. Fill the hole with some batter and fry the pancakes in 2-3 minutes per side on both sides until golden brown.

Serve the pancakes with honey or syrup.
