A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: apples (Jonagold or Elstar), apple juice, sugar, low-fat cottage cheese, vanilla sugar and cinnamon powder.

Directions

  1. Peel apples, remove cores and cut apples into thin segments.
  2. In a dry frying pan with non-stick parts on high heat, transferring brown baking.
  3. Add apple juice and sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Warm gently until apple slices are covered with thin layer of syrup.
  5. Mix quark and vanilla sugar.
  6. Create warm apples on four plates.
  7. Sprinkle with some cinnamon powder and cottage cheese next to it..
