Directions

  1. Additional requirements: food processor, brush, juicer, 12 long tapas sticks and leaf covered with baking paper.
  2. Put the MandMs in the food processor, close with the lid and chop the MandMs into pieces.
  3. Transfer the chopped MandMs to a dish.
  4. Finely chop the hazelnuts in the food processor and put them in a container.
  5. Also put the powder sweets in a container.
  6. Halve the lemon and press the halves on the citrus press.
  7. Wash the apples and cut into quarters.
  8. Cut out the cores and cut each piece of apple into two parts.
  9. Brush the parts with the brush thinly with lemon juice.
  10. This prevents the apple from turning brown after a while.
  11. Put a tapas stick two cm into the part at the bottom of each apple part.
  12. Put in a pan a layer of water against the boil, it may just not really boil.
  13. Break the chocolate over a bowl or a saucepan.
  14. Hang this bowl or pan with chocolate in the pan above the net of non-boiling water.
  15. Let the chocolate melt into a sauce while stirring.
  16. Put the bowl of hot chocolate on the counter.
  17. Hold the skewers one by one at the end and dip the apple part halfway into the chocolate.
  18. Pull the skewer up again, let the apple part drain very briefly and dip it quickly around in the chopped MandM's, nuts or garlic sweets.
  19. Place the colorful apple skewers side by side on the tray and slide it into the refrigerator.
  20. Let the chocolate firm in 30 minutes.
