Artichoke bottoms with spice puree
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (floury), salt, fresh chervil (`15 g), fresh chives (` 20 g), milk, butter, ground old cheese (bag `150 g), (freshly ground) black pepper , artichoke bottoms (`185 g) and breadcrumbs.

Peel potatoes, wash and cook in pan with little water and salt in approx. 20 minutes. Cover the chervil and chives. Drain potatoes and crush with puree mash. Mix milk, butter, cheese and herbs. Season with pepper. Let artichoke bottoms drain. Put the puree in the piping bag and spray on artichoke bottoms. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas mark 4. Place the artichoke bottoms in the middle of the oven and let the puree brown in approx. 10 minutes. Serve with roast beef.
