Asian beef strips with rice, oyster mushrooms, eggplant and oyster sauce

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Slice the onion in half rings and the garlic fine. Cut the steak into strips and the eggplant into cubes. Cut the oyster mushrooms into pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and steak and stir-fry in almost 2-3 minutes almost done. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove the meat from the wok. Heat the oil in the wok. Add the onion and eggplant and stir-fry 5 minutes.
  5. Add the oyster mushrooms and stir fry for 4 minutes. Season with the oyster sauce and pepper and salt.
  6. Spoon the meat back into the wok and add the bean sprouts. Stir fry for 1 min.
  7. Cut the spring onion into oblique rings and sprinkle over the vegetables. Divide together with the rice over bowls.
