Asian noodle salad with steak and green beans
Asian noodles with ginger, red pepper and soy sauce. Completely finished with steak and green beans.

Bring 2 large pans of water to the boil.

Meanwhile, wash the red pepper, remove the stalk, cut the pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into strips.

Clean the garlic and cut finely. Peel and grate the ginger. Mix the ginger with the red pepper, garlic, soy sauce and oil.

Cut the steak into pieces and marinate for 10 minutes in half of the mixture.

Meanwhile, the green beans, remove the stem set but leave the tip.

When the water boils, add the green beans and possibly some salt. Cook in 9 minutes until al dente. Cook the noodle the other pan in 5 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and stir fry the steak over medium heat 4 min.

Pour the green beans and mieaf and rinse under cold running water. Halve the tomatoes and scoop with the green beans.

Divide the noodles over deep plates and scoop the steak and the rest of the pepper mixture. Divide the green beans and tomatoes next to them.
