Asian spaghetti bolognese


Spaghetti with minced beef, Asian wok vegetables, soy sauce, ginger syrup and tomato cubes.

Directions

  1. Chop the onion and finely chop garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes on low heat.
  2. Add the minced meat and the garlic and fry the minced meat over medium heat in 5 min. Add wok vegetable and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce, ginger syrup and tomato cubes and bring to the boil.
  4. Turn the heat down and let the tomato sauce simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Tear the leaves of the basil.
  6. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seed for 4 minutes on medium heat, shoving golden brown.
  7. Remove from the pan, allow to cool on a plate.
  8. Drain the pasta and spread over the deep plates. Spoon the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with the basil and sesame seeds.
