Asian sweet and sour noodle soup


Soup with omelette, sweet-sour wok sauce, turkey breast, wok vegetable and noodles.

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sweet and sour sauce. Cut the turkey fillet into cubes.
  2. Put the wok vegetable, bouillon tablet and the rest of the sauce with the hot water in a pan. Bring to a boil over a high heat.
  3. Add the turkey and cook for 8 minutes on low heat.
  4. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture and stir.
  5. Put the lid on the pan and let the omelette cook over low heat in 5 min.
  6. Add the noodles to the soup and heat for another 2 minutes.
  7. Roll up the omelette and cut into strips. Divide the soup over the bowls and spread the omelette over it.
