Asparagus chicken cocktail


A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, white asparagus (315 ml), cabbage lettuce, chicken fillet fumé (about 150 g), fresh chives (à 25 g), mayonnaise, whole yogurt, curry powder and sherry.

Directions

  1. Drain asparagus and cut into pieces of about 1 cm.
  2. Wash and let drain.
  3. Cut chicken fillet into small cubes.
  4. Grind chives.
  5. Sauce stirring mayonnaise, yogurt, curry and sherry.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Mix asparagus and chicken with sauce.
  8. Place lettuce in four (glass) trays.
  9. Spread asparagus chicken mixture.
  10. Sprinkle with chives.
  11. Tasty with toasted bread and butter..
