Directions

  1. Cut the woody end of the asparagus and cut into slanted pieces. Cook in approx. 3 minutes until al dente (or simmer in approx. 4 minutes). Drain and rinse cold water.
  2. Divide 75 grams of coarsely chopped arugula over the plates. Put the asparagus and the raw ham or smoked chicken on top and sprinkle with the dressing.
