Asparagus with Salmon
A tasty recipe. The brunch contains the following ingredients: fish, green asparagus tips, smoked salmon, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic (pressed).

In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the lemon juice and the garlic into a dressing.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the asparagus tips in a pan with water and a little salt in 3 minutes al dente.

Drain them, mix them directly through the dressing and let them cool.

Cut the salmon into 8 thin, long strips.

Divide the asparagus into 8 nice bundles of equal size and wrap each bundle in a bar of salmon.

Serve the asparagus bundles in the egg cups..
